✅ Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- For hygiene reasons, used/opened products cannot be returned.
💰 Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI.
🚚 Return Shipping:
- For defective or wrong items received: we cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other cases (change of mind, not required, etc.), the customer bears the return shipping.
